Solving the contradiction between supply and demand of materials means that we can overcome the bottleneck of production. To this end, the plant scientific research personnel according to the principle of material balance, the upstream process of the device will be analyzed section by section, will restrict the production of key points in the hydrolysis section of the first granulator machine hole diameter from the original 2.0mm to 2.5mm, reducing The internal pressure of the granulator ensures smooth discharge and increases the material supply capacity. At the same time, they also scientifically adjusted the opening of the steam valve of the secondary granulation motorized stator blade gap and the dryer, ensuring the dry quality and grinding effect of polyacrylamide particles.
Statistics for July show that after the completion of the technological transformation, the two polyacrylamide technical upgrading devices of the plant increased by an average of 3 tons per day. The single-day production capacity increased by more than 8.33%, and the comprehensive energy consumption was reduced by 10% compared with that before the technical reform. .
