DTI Air Vent Valve is used when removed of air from pipe line without loss products.
The Air Vent Valve is double seat.  The light weight ball is freely moving depending on pressure condition.
Under vacuum, the ball is pulled down the bottom seat, against air entry.
If the pipe line fills with air, the ball falls from the top seat and the air is vent out.

Working Principle:
The series safety valve is to adjust the spring compression nut to calibrate a particular pressure.the calibration of pressure is to fix the maximum pressure to avoid the equipment damage.In the normal working operating pressure,the valve is closed.When the system pressure exceeds the fsysterm and the equipment.The valve is with start the open device for the CIP cleaning of the safety valve and the piping.
The safety valve is a special valve through a rigorous calibration,but to make the valve more realistic operating conditions,so the conditions shoud be as mush as possible the scene of the valve and then parity.

The cooling roller adopts big diameter design and special double-decker runner, greatly improving the cooling effect of high-speed production to guarantee good uniformity of cooling roll surface temperature. The film produced by this machine has good shrinking memory function and self-sticky, which can be widely used in wrapping of palletized goods. Also the melt pump can avoid the damage to the extruder from the high pressure.
