China National Heavy Duty Truck 6 Million U.S. Dollar Acquisition of Parts Business

China National Heavy Duty Truck announced on January 14 that its direct wholly-owned subsidiary Sinotruk International Capital has entered into an equity transfer agreement with RALister to acquire 49% of Jinan Fuqiang Power from RALister at a consideration of US$6 million.

Jinan Fuqiang Power is principally engaged in the production of auto parts and remanufactured engine products, as well as the sale of self-produced products. Heavy Trucks said that the acquisition will be able to strengthen the control of engine parts supply, improve the overall engine production efficiency and thus ensure the Group's production capacity.
